WARRANTY COVERAGE

1- This Warranty belongs to the first owner of the anchor. It is lifetime and non-transferable.

2- Submission of an “Invoice” or “Warranty Certificate” is mandatory in warranty procedures.

3- The coverage includes bending, breakage, deformation, workmanship, and material defects, provided that the anchor is used in accordance with the sizing chart published by Impetus Marine from the date of purchase.

4- Stainless and Matte-Stainless Anchors have a lifetime warranty against corrosion (except galvanized anchors).

NON- WARRANTY SITUATIONS

1- Anchors not suitable for boat sizes.

2- Damages and malfunctions due to general wear and tear.

3- Modifications performed on the anchor (Repair – Painting etc.)

4- Errors and malfunctions caused by misuse.

WARRANTY PROCEDURES

1- To start the Warranty Procedures, please fill in the “Warranty Registration” form at the website www.impetusmarine.com.

2- Please share detailed information about the subject in the “Description” tab of the “Warranty Registration” (Weather – anchorage area and ground, date, etc.).

REPLACEMENT and RETURN PROCEDURES

• Upon evaluation, the anchors that fall within the warranty coverage will be replaced, and for the products that cannot be replaced, a refund will be made up to the invoice amount.

The transportation and shipping costs of the anchor covered by the warranty and the new anchor to be sent belongs to the customer.
